Fall is taking shape at A&A Organic Farms, with seasonal programs underway across California’s Central Coast and Baja California.

Central Coast Fall Favorites

Our Central Coast growers are moving into a strong lineup of fall staples, including hard squash, celery, onions and green beans.

Our organic hard squash program includes:

• Butternut

• Spaghetti

• Green Acorn

• Green Kabocha

• Sugar Pie

• Delicata

• Carnival

• Red Kuri

Celery is available in 24- and 32-count packs, while our organic onions are now available in 2- and 3-pound compostable bags—a new packaging option designed to provide an attractive retail presentation while supporting sustainability goals.

Green beans round out the lineup as retailers and foodservice customers begin planning for fall and holiday demand.

Specialty Tomatoes from Baja

In Baja California, we’re working with our grower partners to develop an exciting specialty tomato program featuring Chocolate Tomatoes, Belleza’s Doradas and Mini San Marzanos.

Each variety offers something different: deep color from Chocolate Tomatoes, bright golden tones from Belleza’s Doradas and the distinctive elongated shape of Mini San Marzanos.

Our team recently visited growing sites in both the Central Coast and Baja to review crop progress directly with our growers. These visits help us evaluate quality, harvest timing, projected volume, sizing and potential pack options before product reaches our customers.

For our specialty tomato program, we’re also working with growers to establish consistent quality standards, harvest schedules and packaging options that can support dependable, ongoing programs for buyers.
