As we navigate the 2026 New Year, Our Team at A&A Organic Farms is circling back to the WHY’s that sustain and propel our work: Honesty. Transparency. Trust.
Nestled in the agrarian, field-laboring community of Watsonville, California, A&A Organic Farms, was founded with a sincere, earnest philosophy to be different than the status quo.
More than chasing profit or bullying the bottom line, A&A Organic Farms has, for nearly 25 years, stood up for fairness and doing right by our consumers, growers, and the planet alike.
In an industry historically marked by indifference and inequity towards the environment and labor, the Martin Family, Aimee and Andy, the double A’s of A&A Organic Farms, have forged local and international partnerships that profoundly care about people and place.
Taking stock of decades of experience helping growers achieve better returns, Andy comments, “Our mission is to promote healthy environments for people and farm workers; it's as simple as that!”
Andy, with a background in the culinary arts, owned a restaurant in the 80’s prior to the Loma Prieta Earthquake, and afterwards dove into the burgeoning Organic Movement of Santa Cruz, taking lead from his “hippy” mentors, devoting himself to helping small to mid-sized farmers gain traction and leverage in a rapidly evolving market.
Not just a supply chain, A&A Organic Farms grounds itself in the beauty of good work – the hustle, the devotion, the drive, that aligns a hundred little perfect moments, to deliver the joy of fresh, reliable produce to our consumers.
From our offices in the Strawberry Capital of the World, neighboring the Salad Bowl and the Garlic Capital, our team is no stranger to agriculture, which is why we take pride in the distinctive culture of how we do business, with Honesty. Transparency. Trust.
“Don’t panic, it’s organic!”
